Haitian Americans impacting the Fashion and Entertainment Industry

Hello dear readers

A new year has just started and Fashion est au Rendez – Vous. 2022 ended with a lot of new perspectives regarding how emotionally people relate to the brands they are investing in.

With huge disappointment (Balenciaga) and some accomplishments to applause (Virgil Abloh Louis Vuitton

I would like to dedicate the first blog of 2023, to Haitian in the Diaspora whose prouesse and accomplishments have opened doors for generations to come.

Every Haitian American win is a victory for the community and we bloggers and influencers from Haiti or descendants of Haitian parents should elevate these pioneers by supporting and spreading the word of their excellence.

Growing up, we did not have much of Haitian- American figures making moves in the Fashion industry or any other industries as of fact. Even though we are still fighting for more spot of opportunities, it is also refreshing to acknowledge the beacons currently driving the culture.

The Haitian – American women who in their rights and talents make an impact and settings waves in the Fashion Industry and entertainment.
