Officially mid-summer and we have to start doing intentional actions from now on, to remember this eventful of a year it is certainly one for the books, we have witnessed so much lately that it takes a major bombastic side eye to surprise our society or to send shock waves nowadays, which is very detrimental to a normal healthy lifestyle.
Like many I feel concerned that we have let go of the simple and joyful moments since the routine of the day goes by so fast, how can it be mid-summer already? So much is happening daily on the national and on international scale that it takes a while to process a day, having a journal for intentions and memories is important, and easily doable plans can contribute to improving the rest of your year positively.
Tropical girl at heart, the breeze, and the waves of the warm water plus the experience are always a reset and a beneficial trip.
