Five brands to start your luxury handbags collections

One of the perks of living in NYC and leaving my creative dreams is I am in the middle of all the excellent Fashion evolution and Luxury. There are so many brands to choose from; therefore, your options depend on your aesthetics and the extent to which you are willing to invest in your collection.

If you are not in the sphere of the Calfskin CHANEL nor the Birkin HERMÈS yet, (like yours truly). Various quality and affordable luxury brands are killing it in texture, hues, and leather. 

When it comes to bags, I have a penchant for small sizes, nothing against the oversized tote; I just melted every time for the mini version of the sack. 

My collection started in 2021, and I am hoping to build a solid repertoire of luxury bags with brands I am supporting because of their willingness to uplift the community and the quality they bring to the table. 

Gucci

The top luxury house name for handbags and leather goods has voguish pieces for less than $1500. Gucci is a brand to consider if you want to tip your toe in the Luxury Handbags collection; you can’t go wrong with the Mini’s (I love a good mini moment) Dionysus Mini, GG Marmont Half-Moon Shape Mini, Ophidia Mini, and the Mini Tote to mention a few. 

Brandon Blackwood

My cousin is doing a fantastic job at not letting our coins in the bank; The brands cater to all Fashionistas, from celebrities to influencers; we all love BB moment, he introduces a new collection every season, and colors, textures, and variety are always fresh and trendy with of course luxury quality. 

Amina Iris

Beyonce approved Anima Iris is a top luxury handbag. The quality speaks for itself, and the brands have a range of textures and hues for her sacks. I approved Anima Iris, and I am also eyeing my second bag from her, and I feel it is coming very soon. 

Coach

Coach has been the silent winner of the handbags game for years now, listen if you ask my aunt isn’t any better bag in this world than a Coach leather bag; they revolutionize the brand in the last two years by introducing a trendier collection of pieces such as the tabby and the swinger bags (I have both). Coach is the equivalent of quality, luxury, and affordable prices. 

Kurt Geiger

Suppose you are looking to make a statement with colors for your collection.  Kurt Geiger Leather Kensington bags are the right ones for you. Their summer collection is beautiful, and I am eyeing the crochet Peace and Love Kensington piece because we need peace and love in the world and in my closet.
